Really! Mellow songs are terror of life to the United States of America...eerrgghh, at least to the Bush Administration.
It is so HOT NEWS on every TV station these days, since a famous 70s singer who was travelling to the states with his daughter to the US got deported back to London. His name is Yusuf Islam. Does the name ring a bell? No? I did not have any clue which famous singer he was, until the a.k.a was mentioned... It's CAT STEVEN!! Ha! He converted to Islam in 1977 and changed his name. He donated regularly to several radical Moslem organizations, which suspiciously are related to the terrorist actions nowadays. His name is on the 'watch list'. How the heck he could got in the plane at the first place? Didn't United airways do any security cleareance check or confirmation?
*Hmm... I think, 'watch list' does mean as literally: please watch these names*
Apparently, the Homeland Security of US finally found out when the plan was on the air. It was suddenly stopped, Yusuf Islam was interrogated. Then, he was deported. Lucky, his daughter could continue her travel to the states! *what if his daugther is the actual terrorist, assuming that Yusuf Islam a.k.a Cat Steven IS related to any terrorist organization?*
Today's news on NBC showed Yusuf was back in London and he said that the deportation is RIDICULOUS! Right!!!
This event apparently was made as a joke to everyone on the Media. At least, the Non-Bush people. Last night, on the Late Night Show, *I forgot, was it Jay or Conan?* he said that finally....finally, Bush did his job! Not chasing down Bin Laden like a dog, but instead... get Cat Steven!
On NBC's Today show this morning, Kathy interviewed Jon Stewart (a famous person on TV, Daily Show) and he said,"Now we got Cat Steven, we can sit down and rest!" *well, not exactly like that, at least that's what I remember :)*
And he said,"Yes, to Cat Steven, the morning has broken!!!" *that's his famous song!*
