Bali ...The Villa Haven and Heaven

Anybody want to invest in Bali? Buy a piece of land or property and [hopefully] business will come along the way.
It's been years since property booming, and Bali enjoy the benefit. There are numerous villas around the island, either they are solely owned by locals/Indonesians or co-owned with foreigners. The Bali government has started to levy taxes to villas. Previously, villa owners could gain more profit as there were no such regulation; they could disguise their villas as residents. Well, finally the government was awaken by the possibility of more income resource!

As for tourists, nowadays, commonly choose villa as their vacation haven. More choice means more efficient market! For groups, renting villas can be more cost-effective and there are no strict 5-star hotel rules which sometime can be annoying. At my future resident compound, there will be two houses that are built and designed as villa. Ha, there will be swimming pools in my residential compound! Great!

While the Prestaka residence, we eagerly develop our house as a semi-villa [it will be without swimming pool]. Wait and see ;)
