The pizza chef (I don't know the best word to describe the person behind the counter who prepares pizza dough and its toppings) demonstrated the dough spinning, threw it in the air, and did everything interesting to make the pizza. The wood fire oven was also there. The most interesting thing is the pizza chef was purely Italian (at least he spoke Italian and looked like one, too). The atmosphere was very Italian, as two people sitting next to our table were Italians, and they chatted loudly.
So, the pizza came. Oops, sorry I forgot to shot the pizza as we were starving and dug the pizza instantly.
Yummmm.... the pizza was SUPERB!!! Thin but chewy dough, great mozarella with chicken and mushroom.
The great thing is IT WAS CHEAP!!! Regular sized pizza was around Rp50-60K. And, if we want to have a family size pizza, that is trippled the regular one, is only tagged double price. Cool...
Hmmm....need to make a trip to Seminyak again very soon... It's the pizza calling!
