Door-to-Door Religion

I have to write again for this morning. I was preparing to cook rice, someone was ringing the door bell. I peeked...ah, again...another one. A man, a woman, a boy, holding a bible and lots of papers. I don't know how to name this kind of activities, maybe...door to door religion? They said they're looking for spanish speaking family. Yet, the woman handed a little brochure to me and said that we should have a peaceful world. Yeah, right... Like she is the only one who dreams the world in harmony!!! I said thank you and closed the door.
This is not the first time I had this kind of person in front of my door. I'm sure this is not the last time, either.
Is the condition getting worse, that people have to be reminded, door to door, that God The Almighty exists?
