Priceless moment

Last night I rushed hubby to the ER as his lower back was constantly in pain. He just could not handle it, and even our neighbour doctor has prescribed a pill, he insisted to go to the hospital.

His fine now, thank goodness. Apparently he got kidney stone that went into the ureter and caused him that excruciating pain. He got meds, drank lots of water. Quite a miracle, in the early morning, that little stone came out. 

Watching him in pain was painful. Holding healthy hubby is priceless. I saw him came home and played with our three kids, embracing every one of them with love. Another priceless moment.

This thought came to me, why people make life so complicated by having another person (read: mistress, boyfriend, girlfriend). If you have tied the knots with this special person, love him. Explore his kindness and goodness. Forgive each other's mistakes. Develop ourself to be a better person to be loved. Be a better person to have a better life.

Love the one you're with. And you will have a happy life.
